Virtual fitness and wellness classes are available from Senior Planet. Although the sessions are designed for individuals who are 60 years old or older, anyone can participate. The sessions launched in September 2020, and there are currently more than twenty live programs every week.
The weekly schedule includes daily morning stretch and meditation, chair yoga, Fit Fusion, Tai Chi and more. Small group health discussions are part of the mix, and activities are designed for varying mobility levels and abilities. Guest presenters keep things interesting.
Anyone can participate, and most of these live events do not require registration.
