Thank You for Supporting 4-H This Fall!!

(Updated: Dec. 19, 2024, 4:29 a.m.)

Thank you for supporting 4-H through our first ever sock fundraiser!  We were able to sell 48 pairs of socks through our Bloom for Good Sock Fundraiser which will give us $240.

Bloom is dedicated to helping youth non-profit organizations, including 4-H, Future Farmers of America, YMCA, and Children’s Hospitals. They help grow organizational resources and extend their brands by providing innovative, effective, easy-to-implement Funding Programs.

Everything Bloom produces begins with 100% AMERICA MADE. Bloom socks are made right here in North Carolina. Socks are 76% cotton, 22% nylon, and 2% spandex. They are one size fits most and are knitted with reduced cross stretch for a better fit!

Also if you visited our local Tractor Supply and purchased a 4-H Paper Clover we appreciate your support.  It does take a few months for use to find out how many we sold but no matter what amount it is our Cherokee County youth will appreciate the financial support the Paper Clover drive provides to allow them to participate in 4-H camp and leadership activities.

Since 2010, Tractor Supply has partnered with 4‑H to help create Opportunity4All and raise more than $20 million through the Paper Clover campaign. The success of these campaigns has impacted over 100,000 youth by providing them with the tools and resources they need to move forward and reach their full potential.

100 percent of funds raised through the bi-annual Paper Clover campaign directly benefits 4‑H youth. 90 percent of donations directly support 4‑H youth in the state where the funds were raised, and the remaining 10 percent supports the overall mission and growth of 4‑H nationally. Over 80% of the funds raised in Cherokee County come back to the Cherokee County 4-H Program to be used for 4-H camping and 4-H leadership opportunities.
