Join us for the Walk for Wellness Group Every Tuesday in November!
Taking a walk is becoming more enjoyable as the hot Summer temperatures are being replaced by cooler Fall days! We invite you to join the upcoming Walk for Wellness group every Tuesday in November. We will begin with a short 10-15 minutes of education related to walking and healthy lifestyles then set out on a self-paced group walk for 30-45 minutes. Everyone is welcome to attend, however, if under 18, you must be accompanied by an adult. We hope you will join us in becoming more active!
