This lecture introduces the concept of mindfulness and its physical and mental benefits. Learn about applications that support breathing and meditation techniques, as well as new technology such as wearable monitors and smart yoga mats.

Please join us for the session on Wednesday May 13th at 2 p.m. Secure WiFi is available at the Education Annex at 699B Connahetta Street in Murphy, and the use of devices for the session can be provided for up to 10 participants.
