A Master Gardener program will be taught Spring 2023.  The classes will be taught March 7-April 27 each Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 9:00AM and conclude at 12:00PM.  Topics will include soils, botany, insects, diseases, beekeeping,  diagnostics, composting, landscape design, native, plants, firescape principles, forest management, greenhouse management,  and much more.  Classes will be taught at 699 Connahetta Street, in Murphy, NC.  The cost is $110.00.  The fee provides an online copy of the Master Gardener manual but a hardcopy can be purchased form the University of North Carolina Press.  Signup today for the training  through Eventbrite.  We encourage everyone to bring a laptop, Chromebook, or a tablet to class.
