What is LIFT? It is an evidence-based 8 week strength training program to help older-adults meet physical activity guidelines. LIFT exercises can help make daily activities easier, like driving your car or keeping up with grandkids! The LIFT Program begins in September, however spots are limited so sign up today!

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY GUIDELINES FOR AMERICANS
- 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week
- Full body strength training, twice a week
- Balance & flexibility along with warm-ups & cool-downs
