Smart Steps to Small Business Success

This 5-session series presents overview lectures on apps, websites, and other tech tools that can help modernize small business.

This 5-program series for older adult small business owners will introduce useful tech tools and concepts to help modernize your small business. We’ll introduce apps and websites to help organize your small business, such as managing appointments, storing digital copies of important business documents, and accepting digital and online payments.

We’ll review the importance of having an online presence, using social media, and communicating with customers through online platforms. Finally, we’ll explore AI tools for small businesses, how to choose the right AI tools, and how to incorporate them safely into your small business.

Presented in partnership with the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, the series will be held Mondays at noon beginning October 27th.

Attendees are invited to bring their lunch to the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce at 805 Us Hwy 64 West in Murphy, and secure WiFi is available. .
