A new nonprofit internet service provider, Apollonet, is now available to families who are currently receiving public assistance. This service will help fill the gap left by discontinued subsidy programs, offering a new, affordable option for internet access.
While Apollonet's rates are attractive, their service footprint in our area is limited right now. Specific addresses have to be individually checked to determine access to high speed broadband service via satellite. The ISP's website includes a tool for checking a potential connection.
Apollonet is working to provide internet access to the people in our community who have the least resources. Please see the link below for more information regarding eligibility.
