A field day and farm tour is scheduled at the Georgia Mountain Research and Education Center on July 24 from 8 AM until 3:30 PM. The research station is located at 195 Georgia Mountain Experiment Station Road inBlairsville, Georgia. Some of the tours will include Sweet Sorghum, Ancient Tomato, soybean looper resistant trials and much more. There will also be information on resurrecting rare and extinct apple cultivars. Registration is required.
