The proceeds will help Cherokee County 4-H to continue quality programming in Cherokee County. These programs allow youth to experience many opportunities and to learn by doing. Cherokee County 4-H has many new programs and ongoing programs that provide youth ages 5-18 with learning experiences and challenges. Some of the programs that are ongoing and need your support are local 4-H Community Clubs, 4-H After School Programming (such as 4-H Electricity), 4-H Project Clubs (such as Bunnies, Bovines, Bees, & Birds 4-H Club and the 4-H Cooking, Crafting, & Community Club), and 4-H Summer Day Camps. Not only does this help different 4-H club activities, but it also provides funding for transportation of youth to such things as 4-H District Activity Day and 4-H Congress without costing the parents as much for travel. Cherokee County 4-H depends on fundraisers like this to help provide quality programs to youth in the community.
